Bar Crew Member Description:

The Chadakoin Club’s Bar Crew (Bartender) will be expected to provide friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient service with the ability to describe, sell and serve food and beverages to The Club’s patrons. 

 

Bar Crew Member Duties:

Members of the Bar Crew will have several duties that revolve around providing the highest level of service while helping the club stay clean and operational, under the supervision of our Management.  Accountabilities include, but, are not limited to greeting and serving patrons food and beverage orders, stocking, clearing and maintaining dining and bar areas, accurately ringing up customers, ensuring sanitary food handling practices are followed and assisting during special events.


Bar Crew Qualifications:

Prior bartending and serving experience is preferred for this fast-paced Club environment. Additional and continued on-the-job training will be provided. The ability to work under the supervision of Management and with other members of our crew, as well as independently, is a must. Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication, coordination and active listening skills. All crew members will be expected to contribute, positively and productively, to the overall customer and fellow crew member experience at The Chadakoin Club.

Galley Cook

Galley Cook Description:

The Chadakoin Club’s Galley Cooks will play a large part in the actual production of each customer’s order by helping prepare ingredients and dishes.

  

Galley Cook Duties:

Galley Cooks will have several duties that revolve around helping the kitchen stay clean and operational, under the supervision of our Galley Manager.  Accountabilities include, but, are not limited to inspect and clean food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients.

  

Galley Cook Qualifications:

Prior kitchen experience and a Certified Food Handler Certificate is preferred for this fast-paced Galley environment. Additional and continued on-the-job training will be provided. The ability to work under the supervision of our Galley Manager and with other members of our crew, as well as independently, is a must. Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication, coordination and active listening skills. All crew members will be expected to contribute, positively and productively, to the overall customer and fellow crew member experience at The Chadakoin Club.

Deckhand

Deckhand Description:

The Chadakoin Club’s Deckhand (Barback) will be expected to provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service while assisting other crew members in providing the highest level of service while helping the club stay clean and operational under the supervision of our Management. 

 

Deckhand Duties:

Deckhands will have several duties that include, but, are not limited to assisting bar and galley crews, greeting and serving patrons food and beverage orders, stocking, clearing and maintaining dining and bar areas, ensuring sanitary food handling practices are followed.


Deckhand Qualifications:

The ability to multitask is essential to carrying out the endless duties of this position. Prior restaurant experience is preferred for this fast-paced Club environment. Additional and continued on-the-job training will be provided. The ability to work under the supervision of Management and with other members of our crew, as well as independently, is a must. Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication, coordination and active listening skills. All crew members will be expected to contribute, positively and productively, to the overall customer and fellow crew member experience at The Chadakoin Club.
